Season Shrestha

I started as an intern and continued as a junior developer, developing websites for consultancy clients. With minimal supervision, I was responsible for most of the work, which gave me the freedom to experiment and test new ideas in real-world projects.

At this stage of my career, I worked with an existing design system, building websites and contributing components in Vue. A year later, I moved to the React team and shipped modules for a web application called Mutual Fund using the company’s design system developed in react. Working within an established codebase helped me understand how design systems and large projects are structured, documented, and maintained in real-world environments.

Along the way, I learned to collaborate through Git workflows, manage tasks in Jira, and break work into tickets to deliver incremental improvements through Scrum.

First time owning a codebase end-to-end. I built the PMS frontend on top of MUI using the Refine React framework, shipping features and continuously improving the codebase, a year later, the same foundation remains in production and supports a growing team.
